Auditorium/Theater (occupancy limit 300)
- 1 night ($2000)
- 3 nights ($4500)
- Daily, M-Th ($1300)
Second Floor Open Area (occupancy limit 250)
Monday-Thursday, weekends before 3pm
- $150 for the first hour, $75 an hour after that for one-time events
- $75/hour for repeat usage (scheduled for consecutive months)
Friday-Sunday, after 4pm
- $1500 for first 4 hours, $300 for each additional hour until 11PM
- $500 for first 4 hours for repeat usage up to 12 times/year
Ticketed Events are subject to a $3 restoration fee on each ticket.
